Dean Frutiger and Mark White recently traveled to Eastern North Carolina to conduct business interviews for a cluster analysis for the Upper Coastal Plain Council of Governments (UPCOG). This cluster analysis will support UCPCOG’s efforts to update its Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.
