Spencer Abrams is the Senior Manager of Events and Operations at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness (CREC). Since joining the organization in 2010, he has been a central driver of CREC’s operational infrastructure, overseeing financial management support, event coordination, communications, and administrative systems. He also leads the team responsible for CREC’s events and administrative functions.
Spencer manages the logistical planning and execution of events across all CREC‑managed associations, including annual conferences, webinars, meetings, and trainings. He additionally oversees subscriber and member invoicing processes and maintains multiple membership databases.
Before joining CREC, Spencer spent 18+ years in business and operational management with a focus on budgeting, personnel management, and training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson State University.
